Pipeline Crossing Inspections Course
One Day Course
Objectives
Increase awareness of the relevant codes (CSA Z662), legislation, regulations, and good practices relevant to pipeline crossings. While primarily focused on Alberta requirements, some content is relevant to British Columbia and Saskatchewan jurisdictions.
This seminar provides an understanding of the requirements of Pipeline Crossing Inspectors and Engineers involved in supporting the creation of crossing agreements and how the codes and regulations apply to new construction crossings and crossing of current pipelines with vehicles or other activities. Included in the training is discussions around crossing agreements and the creation of Schedule C’s with various job specific requirements to be considered.
This is NOT a ground disturbance course.
