Acuren Acquires Cambridge Materials TestingMarch 30, 2022Acuren, the industry leader in nondestructive testing (NDT), inspection, engineering, and rope access integrated services, has acquired Cambridge Materials Testing Limited.
The acquisition expands the breadth and depth of Acuren’s lab testing capabilities, particularly in the aerospace, nuclear, medical, and consumer end markets, while providing Cambridge customers a broader range of services, such as non-destructive testing and field engineering services.
Cambridge has been a leading provider of materials testing services in Ontario for over 35 years. Serving customers around the world through its Cambridge and Mississauga laboratories, Cambridge offers mechanical testing, chemical analysis, metallurgical and failure analysis, as well as consumer and medical product testing. Acuren plans to retain all Cambridge employees.
