Traditionally, employers rely on internal mentoring programs, industry training, or on-the-job exposure to develop individuals. While important, these processes can be inconsistent and slow. Typical industry training seminars are not well suited to individuals who are starting out in their careers. As a result, the content can be overwhelming, and the knowledge not retained.
