We are pleased to announce Acuren has acquired Complete Wind Corporation (CWC). CWC offers dynamic balancing, rotor blade inspection, repair, engineering and quality assurance services to wind farm owner and operators in Canada and the United States.

Acquiring CWC will strengthen our wind turbine inspection and repair capabilities and complement our June 2020 Suspendem acquisition, advancing Acuren as a market leader in the US and Canada. Acuren has provided services to the wind energy industry in the form of NDT and Rope Access Industrial Services since 2008 and these two important new acquisitions will significantly enhance our capabilities for the industry. Wind turbine services are a key pillar of Acuren’s new shared vision for company growth, as a service line we will grow under centralized leadership.
