Offline motor testing (also referred to as motor circuit evaluation (MCE) measures the characteristics of a de-energized motor. This type of testing can look at differences across phases, determine insulation condition, and be used to isolate potential rotor issues. Online motor testing (also referred to as motor circuit analysis (MCA) is performed on an energized motor and measures the current and power signatures of the motor. Online testing focuses on power quality, imbalances of voltage or current, or air gap and rotor bar issues.  Electrical motor testing can be done safely only using OEM test ports. The equipment can also be permanently installed for online testing for highly critical equipment for real time data collection.Electric motor testing acuren
