Mike is a Senior Reliability Engineer with 35 years of experience improving industrial machine performance. An early member of the Bretech team, now Acuren Reliability, he contributed to innovations in advanced machine diagnostics, including paper machine speed testing, dryer balancing, motion modelling, and resonance testing. He has since led performance improvement projects across a wide range of industries. Mike joined Acuren in 2025 and provides training, consulting, and coaching in Reliability, Vibration, and Asset Performance Management.
