This seminar is to provide an increased awareness of essential failure and incident investigation skills and tools.
The probability is high that individuals working in roles relating to integrity, maintenance, or operations will be involved in several failure or incident investigations during their careers. However, not all organizations have experienced teams dedicated to these types of investigations. As a result, other roles are often required to support or even lead investigations. In those situations, prior training and awareness will reduce the associated stress and increase the overall effectiveness of the process. This one-day seminar will use case studies and interactive discussions to increase the audience’s confidence and awareness of key concepts and tools associated with failure and incident investigations including:
Attendees will leave the seminar with an increased level of confidence in their ability to support or lead investigations at their work site. Course presentation materials will be provided to all participants.
