Acuren Rings the Bell at the New York Stock Exchange

On Monday, June 16th, 2025, Acuren had the honour of ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) – a powerful symbol marking our official listing on the world’s most iconic financial stage. This bell ringing signified not only a new chapter in Acuren’s journey but also a celebration of the people who made this moment possible.

The ceremony was more than a recognition of a corporate achievement. It was a testament to the thousands of dedicated employees across North America whose expertise and integrity form the foundation of our business. From technicians in the field to engineers, lab specialists, rope access technicians, and operational leaders, this moment belongs to all of us.

“This is a really emotional day for me,” said Robbie Franklin, Co-Chairman of Acuren, in a post-bell interview on the NYSE floor. “It’s a watershed moment for this business, and we’re really excited for the journey ahead.”

Building a World-Class TICC Company

Our ticker symbol – NYSE: TICis no coincidence. It signals our industry leading expertise in Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC). These are critical services we provide across a broad range of industries to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of infrastructure and assets.

With over $1 billion in annual revenue, Acuren has firmly established itself as a leader in asset integrity services. Our reach spans non-destructive testing (NDT), lab-based destructive testing, rope access solutions, and compliance support for industrial clients. We serve sectors that keep society moving – from energy and transportation to infrastructure and manufacturing.

Staying Grounded in a Complex World

Despite navigating an increasingly complex macroeconomic landscape, Acuren continues to thrive. Our stability is built on a strong base business and a deep bench of talent that adapts to shifting conditions with professionalism and precision.

“The industry has a lot of strong tailwinds – aging North American infrastructure being one,” said Franklin. “For us, it’s all about finding new and better ways to service that infrastructure to extend the lives of those assets.”

This forward-thinking mindset is what drives Acuren’s teams, whether they’re inspecting pipelines in remote locations or ensuring compliance on major construction projects. Every technician, analyst, engineer, and administrator contributes to a larger mission: keeping infrastructure safe and operational for the communities and industries that rely on it.

That sense of pride and possibility was palpable on June 16th. But make no mistake: while the NYSE bell may be a moment of public recognition, the real story of Acuren’s success lies behind the scenes – in the safety boots, lab coats, and hard hats of our employees.

Looking Ahead

As we continue this journey as a publicly traded company, our people remain our greatest asset. We are proud of what we’ve accomplished together – and energized by what comes next.
