Talman B. Pizzey is our Chief Executive Officer and has served as a director of ours since July 2024. Mr. Pizzey has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Acuren and its affiliated companies since December 2019. Prior to his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Pizzey was the Chief Operating Officer for Acuren’s Canadian businesses since 2005. Mr. Pizzey has a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Alberta.
