Keeping a 700-Mile Pipeline System—and Its Paperwork—in Working Order

Over nearly two decades, Acuren’s Integrity and Design Team has worked with a Midwest pipeline operator to strengthen the integrity of 700 miles of natural gas and hazardous liquid pipelines. From assessments to repairs and documentation, the team has improved safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. This collaboration has minimized risks and helped safeguard both communities and the environment.

Engineering Pipelines, Facilities, and New Business Opportunities

Acuren engineered and managed the construction of a complex energy transportation system, enabling a Midwest pipeline operator to transport new products from a refinery to an existing pipeline. The project stayed on schedule despite challenges like contaminated soil, delivering a safe and efficient system. The operator has since benefited from 10+ years of trouble-free operation and new revenue opportunities.

Complex Deep Excavation Integrity Inspection Completed In Time and Under Budget

Acuren performed a engineering, project management and integrity evaluation for inspection on a dig +20ft below a busy truck route in Chicagoland.

Midwestern farm using renewable natural gas

Moving RNG to Market with Natural Gas Expertise

A Midwestern farmer embarked on a groundbreaking Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) project, collaborating with experienced pipeline system engineers to establish a connection to a traditional natural gas pipeline system. HT Engineering played a pivotal role, serving as the designer of the interconnect station and pipelines, providing a comprehensive design package and consulting on project implementation.
