Dye Penetrant is an effective and relatively low-cost method for locating surface-breaking defects in non-porous materials.  It is typically used to inspect non-ferrous metal, plastic or ceramic componets. We have a complete line of Penetrant services to meet your requirements.   If your need is for a field examination, we will dispatch technicians to your location to provide the right portable Penetrant Test. We can provide either wet fluorescent liquid penetrant inspection for greater sensitivity requirements, or visible liquid dye, and finally, visible dye penetrant test.  If the need is for large volume and or small parts examination, some of our locations have stationary penetrant line systems to meet your high productivity requirements.
