Equipment reliability stems from a complete understanding of its condition. We strive to capture all of the necessary equipment design and inspection data. By utilizing specialized software, we are able to integrate our findings into the most concise and meaningful representation of the equipment condition, which can be reported in the client's preferred format, using the latest versions of software such as MS Office(TM) or AutoCAD(R).

Our inspectors utilize the DMAPS program (Data Management and Analysis for Process Systems), in conjunction with our mechanical integrity inspection programs.  DMAPS is a complete inspection data management system, managing data for piping, pressure vessels, tanks and relief devices. Boiler inspection data is managed using the BEAM (Boiler Examination and Analysis Module). This state of the art program offers an extensive means of ensuring the accuracy of collected data. It manages historical data including tube replacement dates and provides many tools for boiler tube analysis, trending and forecasting.
 
Reporting is comprehensive, accurate and easily accessible. All client data and reports are secured in our central information repository utilizing redundant data backup to ensure data integrity. Clients may quickly access their information over the web from anywhere in the world.

These user-friendly programs help clients meet regulatory compliance needs and maximize the use of their inspection results. Client reports undergo a rigorous peer review cycle before they are made available.
