Acuren Acquires Tank Inspection Firm Extech, LLC.

Danbury, CT — August 31, 2010 — Acuren Inspection Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Extech, LLC, a leading provider of corrosion control services and water tank inspections.
Acuren is the largest provider of nondestructive testing (NDT), inspection, and engineering services in North America. Extech provides inspection of water tanks and petroleum product storage tanks, and is a pioneer in the use of robotic inspection equipment.
